Can't login, can't reset password, mobile app not working

Issues started about a week ago for me. Started as the mobile application would log me out whenever I wanted to make a payment. At that point I switched to using the desktop website to make payments. Now, I can't login, can't reset password (says some of my information is incorrect, its not..), mobile app of course is also still not working....

 

So, at this point I can't access my bank and I live out of state so physicaly going to a branch office is not going to be easy. I'm going to try and call to get a exact dollar amount in my account and pull my funds out.
