Streaming, Channel 5 Boston not working

Streaming services not showing channel 5 (Boston) as of today and cannot even open Xfinity App control as it dissapeared from downloaded apps. All other channels appear to w`ork, though did not check everyone. ONLY STREaming is not functioning for ch 5 boston area
