Can't log on

I've called customer service multiple times while being read the same script of clearing cache, reinstall app, try another browser, try another computer, try another phone.
It's been over a week, nothing off your script allows me to log on. One nice representative told me it's a known issue and it's being worked on. My question is how much longer, it's already been over a week.
