Cannot Log in to Online Account from laptop

I have not been able to log into my fifth third online account for over 2 weeks now. I have made multiple calls to customer support and they act like they have never seen this type of issue before, which is bogus since there are so many other similar reports on this site.
Something is clearly not right with fifth thirds online banking site and they are just covering up the reall issue.
