cannot log on to xfinity service - email

site takes login ID and password, upon receiving code for 2nd factor authorization, page refreshes and asks you to login again. I have change browsers, cleared browser cache, tried different logins, backup email address ( which no longer work) - all with no results. This problem has been going on 15+ hours.
