Online banking out of service

For three weeks online banking has been out. Called customers services with no help. Went into the bank and was told call you internet provider which had nothing to do with it. Then I was told to put updates on my computer. My computer had all updates. I tried changing using Firefox, still didn't work. The bank is not helping. The Bank is telling me to use that worthless app. I think they are forcing customers to use their app which is limited to managing your account and your money. I'm going to another bank that doesn't lie to their customers.
