After reading the posting on 3/14/22 that said:  "Finally fixed the login issue myself. You can too, if you're tech savy" - I decided to try what he was describing.  I'm Not tech savy - but was able to "fool" Fifth Third website & log on.   Go to OXYDAILY Website by pasting this in your browser:  https://osxdaily.com/2013/01/16/change-user-agent-chrome-safari-firefox/    They give step by step instructions & it took me a few trys while using my Chrome browser - Which says it is up to date - but I had to play around a bit with the choices I put in the first box. I ended up choosing "Custom" in the User Agent box (Custom is at the TOP of the drop down list.) When it worked & let me log in to 53rd this is what was in the bottom box:    Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10066.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/99.0.4844.74 Safari/537.36   Not sure if that is what filled in when I changed the first box to Custom, or if that appeared from one of my other choices. (You might have to copy and paste that from this email post.)  Be sure and UNcheck the: the "Use Browser Default" box.   There is probably an easier way, but I just wanted to let people know that what I have tried to explain here Did Work for me while using Windows 8.1 on a Laptop.  I got in & was able to download my Statement & Transfer money from Savings to Checking.  Since 53rd is SO messed up, I haven't been paying my bills using their website.  I'm just going to websites of the bills I need to pay & making my payments that way.  Just don't trust 53rd to actually Do Anything they say they will do.  Several weeks ago when I couldn't log on, there was a pop up that said they were doing maintenance on the website that would solve the problems people were having.  I agree with whoever posted that they need better I.T. people - as well as Customer Service Reps.  I don't want to change banks because I have so many bills that are set up as automatic withdrawels.  Also my Social Security is a direct Deposit & I don't want to try changing anything with those people.  Also of importance:  when I logged in to 53rd, I did Not use the link from my Favorites list.  I copied & pasted their website address from a differant window.  I hope this helps at least One person & I have to say Thank YOU to the person who post lead me in the right direction.  (I posted this comment on the screen where I read the post from March 14, but my comment didn't show up - So now I am posting this as a New comment.)
