Have not been able to log on to online banking in several days

Customer Service has been no help whatsoever! I finally got them to admit that they are having a problem with the latest Microsoft Win 10 update.  The Fifth Third website is apparently not compatible with the latest changes to Microsoft Edge.  They say they are working on it but customer service cannot give a specific time frame.
