Can't Login all the time.

This has been an ongoing issue the last month or so. All my other bank websites and accounts work on my computer. I can pull up app on iphone okay but computer is out of the question. Sometimes I can get it pulled up and sometimes not. It is very frustrating. I worked with a Fifth Third bank representative and he could not figure out what was going on. He was very helpful but it still doesn't fix the ongoing problems.
