Lycos we have used for years since old parents stuck on it.
They have absolute zero customer support. Will not respond to anything at all EVER. Back when they used to respond many years ago it was utterly outrageous responses. They fix nothing ever. They have no way to contact a human. They are HORRIBLE.
and there is an isitdown site that will claim lycos is up whenever it is down!
