Unable to Log in to My Account

I reported this issue yesterday and am still experiencing it today.  After entering my credentials, an error message displays referencing a problem.  The rep I spoke to about it said it was a "technical issue" being reported by many customers and I should be able to log in again "within 4 to 5 days."  I pay all my bills online, so this timeframe is not acceptable to me.
