Corporate website is no help
I just posted a rating of Zero & explained the website issue on 53rd's Corporate website. When I hit the post comment button, the website hung up so I don't know if it got posted or not. The sad part is that I've been researching other banks for several days & cannot find Any that offer decent customer service or a reliable website. This has nothing to do with Russian inteference or hacking of any sort. It simply shows that the United States internet "infastruture" is as bad as our roads & bridges. That is a very sad statement for our country. Don't bother to go to the website "isitdownright.now" as they do not have current information. They just offer stupid suggestions on how to login that do not work. Using the U.S. Post Office to mail checks for our bills is looking better & better. At least they Try to handle the demand on their services. Don't want my name on this website (although, I did put my name & email on the corporate website). I'll just sign this as: Disgusted & Disolutioned in Florida.
