Cannot Log In on desktop

Customer Service is useless. They tried to tell me it has to do with security settings BUT they could not tell me specifically which security setting. I have no problem logging in anywhere else but 5.3rd...the problem is on their end, they know about the problem and cannot or will not fix it. Time to find another bank
