Cannot Sign In

I am unable to sign in on my cell or on my desktop. Now the website is telling me that my password was entered incorrectly to many times and my account has been blocked. I didn't enter my password wrong, and if I did, it should give me more than one try. I tried calling 5/3, and the system won't allow me to speak to anyone. It said that they are currently having technicial difficulties and to try my call again later. This is absoutely ridiculous!
