2 days now, community forums not responding, unable to connect

For the past 2 days I have not been able to get to the community, or discussion forums pages. I get a internet explorer cannot display the webpage error. My Ebay, and listings sem to be unaffected. Ebay did announce scheduled maintanence may effect certain items, but that is not suppose to take effect untill 11pm PST tonite.
