APP DOWN- SUPPORT WONT HELP

Every time I click the 5/3 App it immediately closes. I have called support and talked with them for 45 mins. We just kept going around and around in circles. She wouldn't just transfer me to tech support, she needed to do her steps first, which included opening the app and logging in. I explained I couldn't open the app, she just went on saying open the app, delete and reinstal, then log in. LADY I CAN'T OPEN THE APP. Then she hung up on me.
