Nothing working- Phone lines, online banking etc

nothing working!! Cannot call any of the customer service lines, online banking not working etc. Apparently based on comments, this has been an ongoing issue. Very skeptical to make a mortgage payment as I am seeing comments that the payments are not posting to accounts. Pretty inexcusable for a bank the size of M & T to have ongoing, pro-longed issues such as these. Sounds like they could use some IT people
