Can't log-in

Site access has been down all day (9:00 a-current 1:00pm ET) External pages are up, but can't log-in. Chat is disabled on the site as well. Nothing posted to Twitter or any other corporate notification as to the porblem. Long wait time for phone customer service. Horrible day for retail investors.
