Solution (which a few here don't seem to want)

Evidently, none of you who keep posting read anything but your own posts.  And apparently you don't ever call the bank, you just keep posting how things aren't working.  That's rather pointless.  First of all, if you clear the cookies (cache) on whatever up to date browser you're using (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, etc.), you will then be able to access the bank and NOT get the blank screen.  This has been mentioned here before but a couple people seem to post repeatedly (or it's different people who don't READ solutions!) that they can't log in and get a blank screen.  If you aren't going to take the steps of clearing your cookies (it's not hard), and/or call the bank (they'll tell you the same thing) then apparently for the rest of your lives you will get a blank screen.  It's really that simple.  However if you just like to complain about virtually nothing, then I guess you'll keep on doing it.  Clear your cookies (cache) on each browser you use.  Simple.
