Problem with failed log in update

Update as of 10-29-2020.  Fifth Third is aware (at least some there are aware, not everyone there at the call center seems to get the same information) that the problem with the failed log ins is on THEIR end of the equation - NOT YOURS!  I just cleared my Google Chrome browser of cached material and got into the bank on that.  HOWEVER, it still does NOT work when using another updated browser such as Microsoft Edge and the bank is aware of this issue. Some here have stated here they had trouble on Chrome on a laptop.  The other day I used Chrome and could not get in on a desktop even after having cleared my cache.  Today I am able to get in on Chrome. Still could not get in on the normal browser I use.  This particular problem seems to date back for some time (from what I see on this site) and I had problems as far back as two weeks or so ago using my regular browser.  Sometimes I could get in and sometimes I couldn't using my regular browser.
