Website not allowing logon with IE or Chrome

Website was not allowing logon with Chrome since November 2019 (6 months). IE was working, but not any more - same behavior as Chrome, just sits on the "Login" button.
FIFTH THIRD BANK - this is how you lose customers quickly and in large numbers. Other banks and even credit union web sites are working fine. Don't try to hide behind COVID-19, you have had website issues for 6 months now. There will be no federal bailout for technology incompetence!
