I made a cash deposit of $287, my cash was refused, the ATM kept $7 and kept my card for security reasons. I had used this ATM several times with no issues. I have been with 5/3 for over a decade. I called to inquire about the problem and made a dispute claim. It wasnt about the amount of the money, it was the point it happened. They credited the $7 and a week later it was denied. They said I needed to provide proof it happened. What if the ATM kept the entire $287 and I couldnt proove it?!  When someone tried to hack my account several times, they said it was me. When I couldnt log into the app, they said it was me. Now this is my fault? NOPE. When somoene hacked my Sons Chase account, they called him, apologized and fixed the problem and returned the money within 2 days. I will be banking with Chase, Cap One and Chime. We cant depend on banks anymore , dont leave your all "eggs" in one basket. Cap One and Chime are fee free, Chase has a fee but worth it.
