My employer doesnt do DD. I was using the app and about a month ago it stopped taking my log in. Called and was told I was entering my info wrong. I don’t think so. I started cashing my check at work and depositing cash at ATMs. Some ATMs won’t recognize my card. Today the ATM I have been using with no issues rejected my cash , kept $7 and kept my card. I have a checking account with a fee, there is no option to downgrade through my online account. I used to love Fifth Third , not anymore. I work in retail and every chance I get I will tell existing Fifth Third customers about my issues. Fifth Third is the card at the registers that consistently fail upon purchase.
