Can’t login , make a purchase , unable to call

I called the business line and finally spoke to someone and they said the system is down and so is the phone line . It's upsetting and emb because I'm getting a oil change and have no cash on me and it's declining my purchase when I know I have more than enough money in my account. They said to give it about an hour and try again
