unable to connect

The system has been down all day. My internet connection is correct and I can connect to everything except for my Outlook Express mail. I have called several times and have been on hold for over 40 minutes each call! A real person never answers. They say they are experiencing longer than normal hold times. There must be a lot of people who are in the same problem.
