Not allow me to log in to check my account

Today is Thursday May 4,2017 and I got my direct deposit in at 12pm May 3 ,2017 and and when I go to the Capitol one app it says troubleshooting error not able to log into your account why is this so and will my hard earned direct deposit money be in my account?
