Dear Sir / Madam,

On Friday the 17th, the neighbor next door have a loud argument over $$$ and phone bill, he then proceeds to the back yard up on the roof and forcefully pulling ATT phone line off the side, now the lines are hanging 1/2 way from the pole to other neighbor front yard / the street. Please send ATT billing rep over and remove the line from the street asap. pole locate near 8333 scenics dr., Rosemead, ca 91770
