No incoming e-mails

Comcast incoming e-mail has been down mostly since the evening of May 14. I cannot get e-mails on my home machine (via Outlook), or through Comcast webmail at its website or through the Comcast app. Emails that I send to others are being received at the e-mail accounts of other persons, but nothing is coming in. I spoke with Level 2 Comcast support this afternoon, and they say they are aware of the problem and working on it. One or two e-mails have dribbled in to my e-mail account on Webmail and through Outlook, but that's it. There is no end in sight to the incoming e-mail problem, and it has been going on for nearly 24 hours now.
