Not downloading email

My account, e_donohue@comcast.net, and my husband's account, mauriciocordova@comcast.net, are not updating/downloading emails. The account acts as if it is updated, but we are not receiving emails. Please rectify, as we depend on our email to receive contacts for new jobs from clients. Thank you.
