I've had Comcast service since 1990 with very few problems. Since upgrading to the X1 platform, now I get connection errors. If I never had connection problems previously, how can I be having them now. Unless your X1 requirement are different, the X1 platform is not working!! I have RG61 cable and amps.   Also, I change all the equipment twice.
