not receiving emails on phone

Problem began about 8:30 Thursday 2/4/16, and continues. I can send email, but not receive them on my phone. When problem began, I used my Web browser to view my Comcast email online. Those emails could be viewed/accessed but the time stamp was hours ahead of the actual/current time.
