Site maintenance is preventing access to accounts and bill payments. No estimate of repair time is provided. No way to plan, do I need to go to a store or wait. And the phone number they provide for bill payment does not answer. And no statement as to whether my bank routing information is loaded in the phone payment system, no way am I going to provide bank routing over the phone.
