MSN, Outlook. Hotmail ---> all MS sites down

Have not been able to reach any microsoft website for awhile. Checked MSN.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com, live.com, and microsoft.com. First noticed around 1pm EST. Was thinking my IP was being blocked. ( No reason to be blocked. )
