Unable to access email page on Comcast site

My internet was not working either, until I released & renewed my ip.  Why oh why can't comcast stop screwing around with ip addresses & DNS?  I have to fix this regularly.  AND I had to figure out how to fix it myself by googling.  

If comcast spent as much money on tech issues & support as they do on constantly sending out junk mail maybe there wouldn't be so many problems.
