No incoming email all day! Comcast is for the birds!

This in. Not the first time comcast email has been down! Are they keeping their server running, when it is running, using "band aids"? Good technical staff should have fixed issue in no more than 2 hours! Gmail virtually hever goes fown! I am very frustrated with Comcast service!
