No Email Since Last Night

Unable to access email since last night. Tried to call Xfinity but could not get through. None of the automated responses indicated there was a problem. Most recently the wait time to speak with Customer Service was over 20 minutes. Seems like some type of notification could be posted to avoid everyone trying to call in.
