No email since 3:40 p.m.

No new emails have come through since 3:40 p.m.  Spoke with Comcast Customer Support. They sent test email, it did not come through.  Said a technician will get back to me in 24-72 hours.  Meanwhile, don;t knowwhat is happening to emails that are being sent to me.
