No email service since Monday 1/611

I have not been able to send or receive email through my Comcast account since Monay 1/6/14. When I got to their webmail site, my inbox is totally empty even though I store copies of my messages on their server. I have a support ticket open but no one is able or willing to provide an update. I sent to messages to Tom Karishnak, VP of Customer Service complaining about the lack of communication. I received one form reply on 1/8 saying that someone would get back to me in 24 hours. That was 3 days ago. Terrible customer service and I thought that AT&T was bad.
