Late payment email and website broken "This webpage has a redirect loop"

Something gone badly wrong over at the Comcast. I have automatic payments set up but received a late payment email notice. Then trying on mobile and desktop to see what is going on with my account, I get a dead website. Not just from link in email, but trying to visit my account on desktop browser.
