I have been without email for over 1 week

Last week the problem was that I could open my email but I could not respond to or send email because of mounds of pop-ups preventing the page from loading. This week the problem is that I cannot even view emails. In fact- the screen is blank with a blue cirle of death. I called tech suppport and they were not helpful because I am not the account holder....it was 5am in the morning and I was not going to wake my husband so he could come to the phone to approve for me to get help! Plain ridiculous.
