Email not receiving (or occasionally) receiving 20 min later

As of today when I turned on PC this morning, am not receiving comcast email. I can send from comcast to my gmail but if I send to Comcast mail I do not get it on multiple PCS, iPAD, tablet or on occasion finally get it 20-30 min later.x
