email down all day in PDX

Called Comcast this morning at about 10:30 AM to find out why I can't log in to Outlook Express and download my email. They informed me that it was a problem with their email server. They said it should be fixed by tonight. Here I am at 7:30 PM and the situation has not changed. The email is still down in PDX.
