Can't sign in to Comcast email---for 2 weeks

When I go to Comcast home page it says "Oh, Oh, you're not signed in to email  etc etc.

Calling Comcast gets you to some offshore representative that doesn't know 1. English very well 2.Doesn't do squat to solve problem.

But I CAN login in using my tablet, so something is screwed in my laptop. HELP
