Can't open email

For about a month now, I have been unable to open my comcast email through Google Chrome. I can see the Inbox Preview, but when clicking into an email, I just get the continuous blue dots and nothing will open. I have spoke to Comast at least 6 times and have been told it is not their problem, but a problem with my computer. Seems odd since there are many others with the same problem.
