No access to webmail or voice on Xfinitiy site. I sign in, click email and it returns to the the Xfinity home page. Also, the webpage that comes up when signing in is not the one that normally comes up for me to access webmail/voice. Have tried sending a message to support, but it does not go thru on this Xfiniity web page. I do not get error messages. I called yesterday and was on with Bim for :30 or longer and he went into my webmail using my password and saw the same thing happen...will not access webmail. He said he needed to bump me to a higher level comast contact and they would call me back at my office number before 5pm yesterday...no one has called yet. Able to access email/voice full function ok at home computer. Please call me at the office number 770-916-0300 - Carolyn Clark. Not able to access webmail/voice since 1/11/16. Please contact me and correct this situation
