Can't access e-mail

Every time I try to login it takes me back to the home page and says Uh Oh you're not logged in...or something like that. 

I can check my email from my phone but it is very frustrating I'm not able to do it from my computer. I need to send an e-mail with an attachment and need to do it from my computer.
