cannot open email messages

I can log into my account, however, I  it will not allow me to open any messages.  After I click on a message the space where emails are located goes blank and a message saying ....loading    shows up but never does anything more.  I also have found I cannot open google email acct.  Another issue is that I cannot open sites such as Turbo Tax, however, I can open other sites.  Help!
