As of 8:05 P.M. EST - Chase is stil down. After calling the Chase number on my ATM card, and spoke to someone in the South East Asia, I was told that the site is NOT down I must be doing something wrong. I have only gotten on Chase.com about 2000 times by now but today, I don't know what I am doing!!! Then, I was asked for my personal information at which point hang up the phone as I will never share my info with anyone out of the US. Thank you Chase for your customer service - maybe it's time to take my money to a bank that's local...
