Tried logging in on June 6, 2013 to pay bills online through my bank. Main computer said it was a new computer and I needed ID code. I clicked next for it to text the code to my cell and never received it. After 3 tries with that, I cleaned my computer and went for the laptop. I couldn't even get it to take my log in information. The page kept resetting to the log in page for me to log in. (there was no statement that my info was wrong or that there was an error on the page). I tried to download the app to my new phone and I got and received the normal "we don't recognize mobile device (as expected and am greatfull) It asked me to request an ID code and I chose to receive such code via cell phone call, it was finally accepted.
