It is unreachable, again

Over the past few months Chase has gone from a quite reliable site to a progressively unreachable site. I would estimate that in the last few months I can't reach the site about 15% of the time. They are boosting of a planned easier to use site in the near future. I think they need to fix the reliability of this one first. I noted another person was "test driving" another institution. Sounds like a prudent idea.
